Beach Education

At Beach Education we went to the Waimarama Surf Life Saving Club and did lots of fun activities. My favourite part was the team race when we all had to run in a line around all the adults. I found out that they have only had to use the shark sign once in the last 20 years to stop a tourist bus of people going on the closed beach. It was interesting to see Waimarama again, as i haven't been there for a long time. It is waaayyy better than I remember.

The Get Ready Get Thru website says that in our emergency kit we need a torch with spare batteries.

At electronics I am going to design and make an emergency Light for myself.
